Job Description
  • SkyLawn Hotel, Restaurant & Conference Center is looking for a Room Boy to join its housekeeping team in Rangpur. The role is suitable for hardworking, responsible, honest, and guest-friendly candidates who are interested in building a career in the hospitality industry. Candidates with experience in hotel, resort, or guest house housekeeping and room service will receive preference, while freshers are also encouraged to apply.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards.
  • Prepare and provide bed linen, towels, toiletries, and other necessary guest amenities.
  • Assist guests with their needs and provide room service as required.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly, politely, and professionally.
  • Report any maintenance issues in guest rooms to the concerned supervisor or department.
  • Follow hotel housekeeping, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Maintain polite, professional, and cooperative behavior with guests at all times.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping team to complete daily responsibilities efficiently.
