Job Description
  • KARNAPHULI INSURANCE PLC is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Asstt. Manager (Assistant System Administrator) for its IT Department at the Head Office in Dhaka. The role will focus on maintaining hardware, network infrastructure, and IT equipment while providing technical support to branch offices. Candidates with relevant IT, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting knowledge, particularly those with insurance sector experience, will receive preference.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, network systems, and IT equipment on a day-to-day basis.
  • Provide offline and online IT support services to the company’s branch offices.
  • Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of IT infrastructure and network connectivity across branches.
  • Assist branch offices with technical issues related to hardware, networking, and IT equipment.
  • Support branches in policy underwriting activities in accordance with IDRA guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve hardware, network, and other IT-related technical problems.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted IT support services.
