Job Description
  • Gadget & Gear is looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist – Team Lead to lead the company’s organic growth initiatives. The role focuses on developing SEO strategies, managing the SEO and content team, improving technical and on-page SEO, strengthening e-commerce search visibility, monitoring performance, and increasing organic traffic, conversions, and revenue.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with traffic, revenue, conversion, and brand-growth objectives.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide the SEO and content team by assigning tasks, reviewing work, setting KPIs, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve crawling, indexing, rendering, Core Web Vitals, schema, canonicalization, and site-speed issues.
  • Plan and execute keyword strategies for product, category, brand, campaign, location, and informational pages based on search intent and commercial value.
  • Optimize product and category pages, metadata, headings, URLs, images, internal links, filters, and on-page content.
  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, engagement, conversions, revenue, and ROI using GA4, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Conduct competitor and keyword-gap analysis, lead ethical link-building and digital PR initiatives, and collaborate with development, product, merchandising, content, retail, and digital marketing teams.
