Job Description

Bangladesh Specialized Hospital PLC is seeking a dedicated Pediatric & Neonatology Specialist to support clinical activities in the Pediatrics and NICU/PICU units. The role involves managing pediatric and neonatal patients, assisting consultants with clinical decisions, handling emergency admissions, performing neonatal procedures, maintaining documentation, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based, compassionate care.

Education

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

Additional Requirements

Age Minimum 45 years
Both Male, Female are welcome

Responsibilities & Context

Support and implement clinical activities under the supervision of the Pediatric & Neonatology Consultant.

Independently manage departmental activities when the Consultant is unavailable.

Attend consultant rounds and participate in treatment planning and clinical decision-making.

Assess and admit pediatric patients from the Emergency Department and manage patient flow efficiently.

Perform neonatal resuscitation, stabilization, and required NICU procedures under appropriate supervision.

Maintain accurate patient records, clinical reports, progress notes, referrals, consent forms, and discharge summaries.

Provide ethical, respectful, and compassionate care while regularly updating treatment plans based on patient progress.
