Job Description
  • Sinha Agro-Based Industries is looking for an experienced professional to manage its Chicken Broiler Farm in Rangpur. The selected candidate will oversee overall farm operations while ensuring productivity, bird health, bio-security, quality standards, and cost control in line with company policies and budget.
    • Requirements

    Education

    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

    • Age 25 to 40 years

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Independently manage and operate the Chicken Broiler Farm.
  • Supervise daily farm operations to ensure proper bird health, target body weight, and required bio-security standards.
  • Monitor vaccination and medication schedules, quality assurance checks, and farm hygiene in coordination with the Micro Lab.
  • Control chick production costs while supporting effective planning and budgeting activities.
  • Monitor feed, medicine, and disinfectant inventory, including stock quantity and expiry dates.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, workplace safety, and bio-security requirements.
  • Lead, motivate, develop, and retain high-potential members of the farm team.
