Job Description
  • Advanced Chemical Industries PLC (ACI) is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented professional for the position of Officer (Distribution). The selected candidate will support day-to-day distribution operations by maintaining accurate information in SDMS, processing operational documents, coordinating with depots, assisting with audits, and managing departmental records. The role requires strong attention to detail, basic data analysis skills, knowledge of distribution software, and the ability to work closely with field teams and internal departments.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Maintain approved special prices, bonuses, discounts, post-claim adjustments, and Sample (FOC) limits accurately in the SDMS system.
  • Update and maintain customer information in SDMS to ensure all records are accurate and current.
  • Process Credit Notes on time and provide operational support to field colleagues regarding pricing, bonuses, discounts, and related issues.
  • Prepare write-off proposals for restricted items and review assigned petty cash statements and depot delivery expense bills.
  • Prepare monthly mobile bill statements for the Distribution Department and maintain relevant departmental records.
  • Coordinate the collection, QA verification, and return of Cool Box verification forms from depots, and update Casual Employee and New Vendor information in the Petty Web Panel.
  • Support depot audits, compliance activities, and other distribution-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
