Job Description
  • World Navi Bangladesh Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented professional for the position of Executive Accounts Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial and company records, managing daily accounting transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring proper documentation through the ERP system. The role also requires coordination with banks, customs, tax and VAT offices, associations, and other relevant parties to support smooth financial and administrative operations.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, accounting transactions, and company information through the ERP system.
  • Record and manage daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, expenses, and other related entries.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, and all necessary supporting financial documents.
  • Prepare daily, monthly, and other required accounting and financial reports for management review.
  • Monitor and reconcile financial records regularly to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation.
  • Provide necessary financial information to management and maintain professional coordination with banks, customs, Income Tax Office, VAT Office, associations, and other relevant parties.
  • Manage TDS and VDS deductions and ensure timely deposit through A-Challan in accordance with applicable procedures.
