Job Description
  • JTI is looking for an experienced Legal Manager to provide legal support and strategic guidance across its Bangladesh operations within a global organization.

  • Provide legal support and strategic guidance across Bangladesh operations.
  • Manage commercial contracts and ensure robust regulatory compliance.
  • Handle corporate governance matters and business ethics guidelines.
  • Oversee litigation cases and coordinate legal proceedings as necessary.
  • Advise on employment law, competition law, and necessary licensing.
  • Conduct legal risk management assessments across various business units.
  • Work closely with multiple internal business functions to align legal strategies.
