Job Description
  • Kazi Farms is seeking a sales and technical service professional to expand its fish feed market and support aquaculture farmers across assigned areas.

  • Achieve monthly and yearly fish feed sales targets and expand market coverage.
  • Build relationships with farmers, dealers, and other stakeholders; manage dealer development and payment recovery.
  • Advise farmers on feed use, fish health, pond management, and aquaculture practices through farm visits and demonstrations.
  • Organize farmer meetings and training, gather market insights, and identify business opportunities.
  • Coordinate product availability and delivery, and prepare sales and technical reports.
