Job Description
  • Afil Agro Ltd is seeking an Executive or Senior Executive to support its Broiler Division in Jashore. The role involves overseeing daily farm operations, monitoring flock performance, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with the farm team to support bird health and efficient production.

    Education

    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or a related field

    Additional Requirements

    • Age 25 to 40 years

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Monitor daily broiler farm activities and track flock growth, health, and overall performance.
  • Check feeding, water supply, housing conditions, ventilation, and farm hygiene to help maintain a suitable environment for the birds.
  • Coordinate with farm staff and veterinary personnel on health concerns, routine care, and biosecurity practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, mortality, feed consumption, and other relevant farm activities.
  • Identify operational or flock health issues promptly and report them to management with relevant details.
