Job Description
  • This role serves as a key commercial and scientific frontline ambassador, driving revenue growth while establishing meaningful partnerships across the healthcare landscape. It balances targeted direct-selling activities with sophisticated clinical detailing to position the brand effectively among institutional and individual buyers. The position requires continuous engagement with medical specialists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to communicate latest product advancements, clinical efficacy, and safety data.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Direct Sales & Target Achievement: Execute proactive territory sales strategies, manage pipeline development, and consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • KOL & Physician Engagement: Establish and cultivate long-term strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, department heads, and practicing physicians through regular structured visits.
  • Scientific Product Detailing: Deliver detailed, evidence-based presentations highlighting product indications, comparative clinical benefits, safety profiles, and updated pharmacological data.
  • Institutional CME Organization: Plan, coordinate, and execute Continuous Medical Education (CME) seminars, clinical workshops, and grand round sessions across hospitals and tertiary care institutions.
  • Account & Hospital Management: Navigate institutional procurement systems, negotiate pricing where applicable, and secure product placement within hospital formularies and institutional pharmacies.
