Job Description
  • These technical positions represent crucial operational pillars within our chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing infrastructure, driving stringent analytical control and robust batch production. They ensure seamless alignment between frontline manufacturing execution and high-precision laboratory compliance with cGMP standards. The Quality Control role demands advanced chromatographic proficiency to maintain uncompromising chemical purity and specification adherence across all materials. Concurrently, the Plant Chemist role focuses on safe chemical handling, process monitoring, and real-time operational troubleshooting directly on the manufacturing floor.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Instrumental & HPLC Analysis (QC): Execute high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) runs, assay testing, and method execution to analyze raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
  • Manufacturing Process Oversight (Plant): Supervise daily plant chemical processing, batch mixing, and reactor operations in strict alignment with Master Batch Records (MBR).
  • In-Process Quality & Sampling: Collect and inspect critical stage samples to detect chemical anomalies early and maintain continuous operational parameters.
  • Data Integrity & Documentation: Maintain detailed, cGMP-compliant laboratory workbooks, logbooks, and batch production records with complete data integrity.
  • Equipment Calibration & Maintenance: Conduct routine calibration, baseline verification, and preventative maintenance for analytical instruments and plant chemical equipment.
  • Deviation & Troubleshooting Support: Identify out-of-specification (OOS) analytical results or batch deviations, supporting root-cause investigations and corrective action implementation.
