Job Description
  • This role drives daily on-site execution, supervision, and craftsmanship quality for premium interior fit-out projects at Edge Architects. It serves as the primary technical bridge connecting the design studio's detailed drawings with on-ground contractor execution. The engineer is responsible for keeping site workflows on schedule while strictly managing materials, site safety, and joinery detailing. Constant coordination with sub-contractors, MEP technicians, vendors, and project architects ensures design intent is realized without costly site errors. Ultimately, the position guarantees that interior spaces are handed over flawlessly, on time, and within defined quality standards.

  • Supervise interior fit-out and construction activities at project sites.
  • Coordinate work with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor the quality of materials and completed work.
  • Read architectural, interior, and working drawings during site execution.
  • Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain project documents.
  • Assist with bills of quantities (BOQs), measurements, and material estimates.
