Job Description
  • OMNI COMPANIES is seeking a senior professional to lead an investment co-operative company in Dhaka. The role covers daily operations, financial management, and long-term planning. The selected candidate will work with members, stakeholders, and the board to support the co-operative’s objectives. Strong leadership, financial judgment, and knowledge of applicable rules are essential.

  • Ensure operations follow the co-operative’s governing documents and legal requirements.
  • Maintain communication with members, stakeholders, and the board of directors.
  • Resolve operational conflicts and keep accurate records of activities.
