Job Description
  • Marie Stopes Bangladesh is hiring a Counselor for its Savar location. The organization provides sexual and reproductive healthcare services across Bangladesh. This role calls for a caring professional who can communicate clearly with clients and support them throughout their service experience. Candidates with counseling or customer care experience in a maternal healthcare organization will receive preference.

  • Listen to clients’ questions and provide appropriate counseling support.
  • Communicate with clients in a caring and professional manner.

  • Refer clients’ needs to the appropriate doctor or service team.
  • Help maintain accurate client records and service documentation.
  • Prepare and update required reports.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to support daily client services.
