Job Description
  • English Therapy is seeking an experienced Operation Head to lead day-to-day operations and support the organization’s growth. The role is responsible for turning management plans into action, improving systems and team productivity, managing resources efficiently, and keeping departments aligned. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and department heads to address operational challenges and support expansion.

  • Execute organizational plans, projects, and management decisions.
  • Develop operational strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor productivity, resource use, and costs.
  • Improve systems, processes, and workflows across departments.
  • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and updates for the CEO.
  • Work with department heads to resolve operational challenges.
  • Support expansion and organizational change.
  • Identify operational risks and take preventive or corrective action.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
