Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Production to lead manufacturing operations and ensure products are delivered on time, at the required quality, and within budget. The role oversees production planning, people, equipment, and process improvement while working closely with quality, maintenance, procurement, and other departments.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop production plans and monitor output against targets.
  • Lead production managers, supervisors, and factory teams.
  • Ensure product quality and address recurring defects or process issues.
  • Monitor material use, labor productivity, downtime, and production costs.
  • Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams to prevent delays.
  • Improve workflows, equipment use, and overall production efficiency.
  • Enforce workplace safety standards and company procedures.
  • Prepare production reports and present performance updates to management.
  • Identify operational risks and take corrective action when targets are at risk.
