Job Description

Bangladesh Specialized Hospital PLC is looking for dedicated and experienced Senior Staff Nurses to join their critical care units.

The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care and continuous monitoring for patients in the ICU and CCU.

Professionals will work closely with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and rapid recovery.

Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical competence, compassion, and the ability to handle high-pressure medical environments.

This is a full-time position based at the hospital's modern facility in Shyamoli, Dhaka.

Responsibilities & Context

Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' vital signs in ICU and CCU units.

Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments as prescribed by attending physicians.

Operate and maintain advanced critical care equipment, ventilators, and cardiac monitors safely.

Assist doctors during emergency medical procedures, intubations, and critical interventions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, care plans, and nursing notes.

Educate patients and their families regarding post-treatment care, medication schedules, and health maintenance.

Adhere strictly to hospital hygiene protocols, infection control guidelines, and safety standards.
