Job Description
  • Advanced Chemical Industries PLC (ACI) is looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to ensure timely preventive maintenance, cleaning & sanitation, and changeover activities of critical finishing equipment to support smooth and efficient production operations at their Colgate-Palmolive ACI Bangladesh Plant located in NSEZ, BEZA, Mirsarai, Chattogram.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Perform preventive maintenance activities including lubrication, fluid checks, filter replacement, wear-and-tear part replacements, tightening & alignment to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Conduct visual & auditory audits and use predictive tools (e.g., thermal imaging, vibration analysis, ultrasound) to detect early signs of mechanical or electrical issues.
  • Test safety mechanisms such as emergency stops (E-stops), light curtains, interlocking guards, and pressure relief valves to ensure operator safety.
  • Support Cleaning & Sanitation (C&S) activities including operating CIP & COP systems and deep cleaning of production lines, conveyors and high-touch areas.
