Job Description
  • Integrated Development Foundation (IDF) is seeking a skilled Solar Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar energy systems for their various operational projects. The role requires ensuring optimal performance of solar panels, inverters, and related electrical setups to support sustainable energy initiatives. Professionals will be responsible for field-level troubleshooting, regular equipment checkups, and ensuring safe operations.   • Install, configure, and set up solar panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting structures safely.
  • Perform routine maintenance and periodic inspections of solar power systems to ensure peak efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, wiring issues, and component failures promptly.
  • Repair or replace damaged parts, cables, controllers, and faulty solar units as needed.
  • Test system performance, voltage outputs, and energy generation levels regularly.
  • Maintain accurate logs of installation, servicing, repairs, and equipment inventory.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry guidelines while handling electrical equipment.
