Job Description

Responsibilities & Context

Conduct regular patient rounds, record clinical notes, and monitor health progress accurately in hospital wards.

Diagnose illnesses, prescribe appropriate medical treatments, and coordinate with specialist consultants regarding critical cases.

Provide immediate medical evaluation and primary intervention for patients requiring urgent attention.

Perform clinical procedures and routine medical checks under standard hospital protocols.

Maintain clear and professional communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare team members.

Ensure strict adherence to hospital safety, infection control, and ethical medical standards at all times.

Handle patient referrals, manage medical documentation efficiently, and assist senior doctors during consultations.
