Job Description

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Monitor neonatal vital signs, oxygen saturation, and overall health status continuously in the NICU.
  • Manage specialized infant care equipment, including incubators, warmers, and phototherapy units.
  • Administer precise medication doses, feedings, and treatments tailored for newborns.
  • Provide empathetic support, guidance, and education to anxious parents and families.
  • Maintain accurate charts detailing infant growth, feeding habits, and medical interventions.
  • Coordinate with pediatricians and neonatologists to manage emergency infant care requirements.
  • Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control standards to protect vulnerable newborns.
