Job Description
  • This role handles civil material procurement for Panoptik Global's construction projects. It uses civil engineering knowledge to review BOQs and source quality supplies. The associate tracks site inventory and schedules deliveries to avoid construction delays. Daily coordination with site engineers, suppliers, and transport teams is key. Ultimately, it ensures timely, cost-effective material support for every site.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Material Sourcing: Source construction materials based on project BOQs and technical specs.
  • Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers.
  • PO Generation: Process site requisitions and issue accurate Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Site Logistics: Schedule transport to ensure materials reach project sites on time.
  • Quality Checks: Inspect incoming materials and verify quality test certificates upon delivery.
  • Stock Management: Monitor site inventory levels to prevent material shortages and wastage.
  • Billing & Reporting: Reconcile delivery challans with invoices and track procurement expenses.
