Job Description
  • This role manages daily supply chain and logistics operations for Cornery FNB Sdn Bhd. It oversees food ingredient procurement, packaging supplies, and central warehouse stock to support F&B outlets. The executive works closely with food suppliers to secure fresh inventory at competitive costs. Constant coordination with outlet managers, warehouse staff, and delivery teams keeps daily kitchen operations moving smoothly. Ultimately, it ensures uninterrupted ingredient supply and strict food quality compliance across all branches.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • F&B Sourcing & Purchasing: Procure food ingredients, raw materials, and packaging supplies from approved vendors at optimal prices.
  • Supplier & Vendor Relations: Negotiate delivery timelines, pricing, and credit terms while monitoring supplier reliability and service standards.
  • Outlet Supply Coordination: Consolidate daily material requisitions from F&B outlets and schedule timely dispatch to avoid kitchen stockouts.
  • Inventory & Shelf-Life Control: Track warehouse stock levels, oversee FIFO practices, and monitor expiration dates to minimize food spoilage and wastage.
  • Cold Chain & Delivery Oversight: Coordinate delivery fleets and cold-chain logistics to ensure food products arrive safely and in fresh condition.
  • Quality & Halal Compliance: Verify incoming shipments against food safety, Halal, and hygiene standards before accepting stock into inventory.
  • PO Processing & Reporting: Issue purchase orders, reconcile delivery notes with invoices, and prepare routine inventory and expenditure reports.
