Job Description
  • This role handles Scope Certificates (SC) and Transaction Certificates (TC) at Bando Global. It ensures all export documentation meets international textile sustainability standards. The executive coordinates closely with certification bodies, merchandising, and QA teams. Accurate data verification is maintained to avoid shipment delays and audit non-compliance. Ultimately, it protects supply chain traceability and ensures smooth global client delivery.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • TC Application & Issuance: Prepare, verify, and submit Transaction Certificate applications via certification portals for textile shipments.
  • Document Verification: Cross-check invoices, packing lists, BLs, and yarn/fabric inputs to ensure input-output volume reconciliation.
  • Audit & Traceability Compliance: Maintain traceability records and assist internal and external auditors during annual Scope Certificate renewals.
