Job Description
  • This role delivers frontline dining and beverage service to create exceptional, memorable hospitality experiences for guests. It requires deep knowledge of food menus, beverage options, and pairing recommendations to guide customer choices effectively. The staff member manages table turnover, order accuracy, and dining pacing across busy shifts. Close communication with kitchen and bar teams ensures meals are prepared and delivered without delay. Ultimately, it maintains high hygiene standards, guest satisfaction, and repeat business for the venue.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Guest Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to tables, and provide food and beverage menus.
  • Order Taking & Upselling: Present menu items accurately, explain daily specials, take orders, and suggest profitable food or beverage pairings.
  • Table Service & Delivery: Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally in accordance with standard dining service etiquette.
  • Table Maintenance: Monitor guest tables throughout the meal, refill waters, clear empty plates, and replace cutlery as needed.
  • Kitchen & Bar Coordination: Relay dietary restrictions, allergies, and special orders clearly to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Billing & Payment Processing: Prepare accurate guest bills, handle cash or card transactions, and settle payments smoothly.
  • Hygiene & Station Setup: Clean, sanitize, and set up dining tables, side stations, and service equipment before and after service shifts.
