Job Description
  • Fly Easy is hiring a Travel & Tour Consultant for a full-time, on-site role in Dhaka, Bangladesh.The position involves delivering exceptional travel planning and coordination services to clients. Employees will be part of a dynamic travel agency dedicated to putting journeys as a priority. The role requires managing custom itineraries, reservations, and end-to-end tour execution smoothly.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Conduct professional client consultations and design custom travel itineraries.
  • Handle B2B flight and hotel reservations accurately. Execute end-to-end tour plans and ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide active customer support throughout the travel process.
  • Coordinate with partners and airlines for booking confirmations and modifications.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of client itineraries and transactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues promptly.
