  • Manage daily housekeeping or food and beverage operations efficiently to ensure high guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise staff activities, coordinate tasks, and maintain smooth departmental workflows.
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms, dining areas, and overall resort premises according to company standards.
  • Serve food and beverages professionally, take accurate orders, and assist guests with their dining needs.
  • Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain records accurately if assigned to cash management roles.
