Job Description
  • Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden is looking for a dynamic and professional individual to join their F&B service team as a Restaurant Ambassador.The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining world-class hospitality standards within the hotel's dining venues.Candidates will have the opportunity to represent a globally recognized hospitality brand and be a part of a vibrant moment-making team.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon their arrival at the restaurant, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
  • Provide comprehensive menu recommendations, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve items efficiently.
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Maintain pristine cleanliness and proper setup of dining tables, stations, and surrounding guest areas.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Upsell special menu items, promotions, and signature beverages to enhance revenue and guest experience.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and hotel branding standards at all times.
