Job Description
  • One security guard is required starting from November for a private 10-story residential building.The building owners reside on the premises, ensuring a secure and family-friendly environment.The location is conveniently situated at 60-feet Agargaon / Mirpur 2.This is a reliable position offering a peaceful working atmosphere with accommodation facilities.Interested and eligible candidates are encouraged to contact the management team directly.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Ensure overall safety, security, and surveillance of the building premises.
  • Monitor and record the entry and exit of visitors, guests, and delivery personnel.
  • Manage and secure the main gates and entry points of the property.
  • Strictly follow day and night security protocols and building rules.
  • Alert residents and owners immediately in case of any emergencies or security breaches.
  • Verify the identity of unknown individuals before allowing them to enter the building.
  • Maintain proper logs and ensure the overall security system is functioning smoothly.
