Job Description
  • Bushra Force Security Supply Ltd. is urgently looking for an Area Supervisor to oversee operations in Dhaka and Narayanganj.The role requires managing field security teams and maintaining operational excellence across assigned locations.Candidates must have prior working experience in a security company to handle managerial responsibilities effectively.

  • Supervise security personnel deployed across various client locations in Dhaka and Narayanganj.
  • Monitor daily duties, attendance, and punctuality of security guards on site.
  • Ensure all security protocols, guidelines, and company standards are strictly followed.
  • Address operational issues, emergency situations, and client complaints promptly.
  • Conduct regular field visits and inspections to maintain high performance standards.
  • Coordinate with management and clients to optimize security deployments.
  • Prepare routine reports regarding site security status and personnel performance.
