Job Description
  • RFL Group has organized walk-in interviews to recruit Sub-Assistant Engineers across various departments.Interviews will be held on scheduled dates in various regions of the country, including Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram, Rangpur, Narsingdi, Sylhet, and Dhaka.This is an excellent career opportunity for both fresh graduates and experienced engineers.Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work in departments such as Sales, Solar Projects, Service, or Production.Interested and eligible candidates are invited to appear at the designated addresses on the scheduled dates with the necessary documents.

  • Manage operational activities within the respective department (Sales, Solar Projects, Service, or Production) based on an engineering background.
  • Execute technical tasks accurately and maintain project quality standards.
  • Conduct and supervise daily operations in accordance with the instructions of senior management.
  • Provide service and technical support to customers or clients.
  • Resolve technical issues related to production or solar projects.
  • Maintain accurate work records and reports, and submit them in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
