Job Description

Shehran Traders is seeking responsible and detail-oriented professionals for its Merchandising team. The selected candidates will coordinate product requirements, sourcing, sampling, order follow-up, supplier communication, and delivery activities related to garments items and apparel accessories.

Responsibilities & Context

Handle product inquiries and understand customer requirements for garments items and apparel accessories.

Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding product specifications, pricing, samples, and availability.

Follow up on sampling, product development, approvals, and order progress.

Prepare and maintain product details, costing information, order sheets, and merchandising records.

Communicate regularly with suppliers and customers to ensure accurate execution of orders.

Monitor production and sourcing schedules to support timely delivery.

Coordinate with commercial, sales, purchase, and logistics teams regarding order requirements.

Check product specifications, quantities, packaging details, and other order-related information before delivery.

Maintain updated records of suppliers, products, samples, quotations, and ongoing orders.

Report order status, sourcing progress, and any operational issues to management.
