Job Description
  • US Properties Ltd. is looking for a smart, energetic and result-oriented Executive – Sales & Marketing to join its growing team.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting residential projects and generating potential sales leads.
  • The role requires regular communication with prospective clients and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • The candidate will also coordinate property visits, follow up with clients and support ongoing marketing activities.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Communicate with prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
  • Generate sales leads through calls, referrals, networking and marketing activities.
  • Present apartment/project details, pricing, facilities and payment plans professionally.
  • Arrange and coordinate project/site visits for potential buyers.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and work toward achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain an updated database of prospective and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
