Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Build professional relationships with corporate clients, investors, landowners and business partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential locations, projects and customer segments.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations and partnership concepts.
  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients and strategic partners.
  • Assist management in evaluating new project and investment opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies and emerging market trends.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Legal and Project teams for business development initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential business leads and partnerships.
