Job Description
  • US Properties Ltd. is looking for a creative and performance-driven Executive – Digital Marketing to strengthen its online presence and generate quality leads for residential projects.
  • The selected candidate will manage digital campaigns across major online platforms and support the company’s branding initiatives.
  • The role will involve content planning, paid advertising, lead generation and campaign performance analysis.
  • The candidate will work closely with the Sales and Creative teams to ensure effective project promotion.
  • This position is ideal for someone who understands both creative communication and data-driven digital marketing.

    Education

    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in in CSE

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
  • Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation.
  • Coordinate content calendars, promotional campaigns and project launch activities.
  • Monitor website traffic, campaign performance and conversion results.
  • Work with designers and content teams to develop engaging promotional materials.
  • Generate qualified leads and coordinate lead handover with the Sales team.
  • Prepare monthly digital marketing performance reports.
  • Monitor competitor campaigns and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
