Job Description
  • PPC Surfer is looking for smart, friendly and responsible candidates for the position of Executive – Customer Support & Client Service. The selected candidates will communicate with clients, understand their requirements, coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely, professional service.

    • Bachelor degree in any discipline, HSC

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, WhatsApp and social media.
  • Understand client requirements and provide clear information about services.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing, SEO, content and design teams.
  • Update clients about project progress and campaign activities.
  • Handle client queries, feedback and basic complaints professionally.
  • Maintain client records and communication history.
  • Assist with preparing quotations, service details and basic reports.
  • Support lead follow-up and client relationship activities.
  • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
