Job Description
  • Tilottoma is looking for energetic, responsible and news-focused candidates for the position of Executive – Reporter & News Coordination. The selected candidates will collect news information, communicate with sources, support field reporting and coordinate with the editorial team to ensure timely and accurate news publication.

    Education

    • Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in in Journalism, Mass Communication

    Additional Requirements

    • Age 25 to 40 years

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Collect information for news stories from reliable sources.
  • Assist with field reporting, interviews and event coverage.
  • Maintain communication with sources, correspondents and relevant contacts.
  • Prepare basic news reports, notes and story briefs.
  • Coordinate with editors, photographers and digital teams.
  • Verify names, dates, statements and key facts before submission.
  • Follow current affairs and identify potential newsworthy topics.
  • Support breaking news and urgent coverage when required.
  • Maintain records of assignments, sources and reporting updates.
  • Ensure accuracy, neutrality and professionalism in all reporting activities.
