Job Description
  • More Beauty is an online-based beauty and personal care company offering authentic and original beauty products to customers. We are looking for a motivated Executive – Sales & Marketing to support sales growth and strengthen customer relationships. The selected candidate will communicate with potential customers, promote products, follow up on sales opportunities, and assist with marketing activities. The role requires strong communication skills, basic sales knowledge, and the ability to understand customer needs. Candidates who are target-oriented, energetic, and interested in the beauty and e-commerce industry will be preferred.

  • Communicate with potential customers and promote suitable beauty and personal care products.
  • Follow up with customer inquiries and convert potential leads into successful sales.
  • Support online promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales activities.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products based on their requirements.
  • Coordinate with customer service, social media, and order management teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Maintain basic sales records and contribute ideas to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
