Job Description

More Beauty is an online-based beauty and personal care company offering authentic and original beauty products to customers. We are looking for a performance-focused Executive – Digital Marketing to support online growth and customer acquisition. The selected candidate will plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across relevant online platforms. The role requires a good understanding of paid advertising, audience targeting, campaign performance, and e-commerce customer behavior. Candidates who are analytical, creative, and able to generate measurable results through digital campaigns will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

Set up and optimize Meta Ads campaigns based on sales, reach, engagement, and conversion objectives.

Research and define suitable target audiences for different beauty and skincare products.

Monitor campaign performance, budget utilization, CPC, CTR, conversions, and other key metrics.

Coordinate with content and design teams to develop effective ad creatives and promotional materials.

Conduct basic competitor and market analysis to identify new promotional opportunities.

Prepare regular campaign reports and recommend improvements to increase sales and return on advertising spend.
