Job Description
  • More Beauty is an online-based beauty and personal care company offering authentic and original beauty products to customers. We are looking for a responsible Executive – E-commerce & Order Management to ensure smooth processing of customer orders and daily online operations. The selected candidate will manage order confirmation, product information, courier coordination, and delivery follow-up. The role requires accuracy, good communication, and the ability to handle multiple orders efficiently. Candidates who are organized, customer-focused, and familiar with e-commerce operations will be preferred.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Process and confirm customer orders received through online platforms.
  • Maintain accurate order details, customer information, and delivery records.
  • Coordinate with courier partners for timely product dispatch and delivery.
  • Follow up on pending, returned, cancelled, and successfully delivered orders.
  • Update product availability and coordinate with the inventory team when required.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery issues, and related queries.
  • Prepare daily or weekly order reports and support smooth e-commerce operations.
