Job Description
  • FIXNOW is looking for energetic and technically interested Junior / Student Technicians to support its field service activities in Moghbazar and nearby areas. The opportunity is especially suitable for Polytechnic students who want to gain real field experience while continuing their studies. Selected candidates will assist with basic electrical work, installation, plumbing, maintenance, and minor repair tasks under the guidance of senior technicians. The role offers flexible and part-time work opportunities along with per-job payment and performance incentives. Candidates who are hardworking, responsible, eager to learn, and comfortable with field assignments will be preferred.

    • HSC, Diploma in Mechanical

    • Age 20 to 25 years

  • Assist with basic electrical installation, repair, and maintenance work.
  • Support handyman and small installation assignments at customer locations.
  • Perform basic plumbing support under proper guidance.
  • Assist with small maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Follow instructions provided by senior technicians during field assignments.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas properly after completing each task.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and report job status to the responsible team.
