Job Description
  • Al Helal Specialized Hospital Ltd. is a private healthcare institution providing medical and patient care services. The hospital is recruiting Male Helpers to support its daily operational activities. The selected candidates will assist hospital staff, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure smooth patient movement and service delivery. The position requires teamwork, discipline, and the ability to work in a busy hospital environment. Responsible, hardworking, and service-oriented male candidates will be preferred.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Assist female patients with nonmedical daily support activities as instructed.
  • Guide patients and visitors to appropriate hospital departments and service areas.
  • Help nursing and support staff prepare and organize patient service areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of assigned hospital spaces.
  • Assist with the safe movement of patients using wheelchairs when instructed.
  • Organize patient support materials and deliver necessary supplies to designated departments.
  • Maintain patient privacy, follow hospital regulations, and report concerns to supervisors.
