Job Description
  • Sunnah Hijama Center provides training and skills development opportunities for individuals seeking professional development. The organization is recruiting Executives for its Training Admission & Counseling department to strengthen student enrollment activities. Selected candidates will communicate with prospective students, explain training programs, and assist with admission procedures. The position involves office-based communication, student counseling, follow-up activities, and maintaining admission records. Candidates with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and counseling will be preferred.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Respond to student inquiries through WhatsApp, SMS, and Messenger.
  • Communicate with prospective students over the phone and explain available training programs.
  • Provide accurate information about course fees, duration, schedules, and facilities.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with interested students to encourage successful enrollment.
  • Guide applicants through the admission and payment procedures.
  • Maintain accurate student admission, payment, and communication records.
  • Prepare and submit daily admission and counseling activity reports.
