Job Description

Responsibilities & Context

Assist in daily banking operations, account management, and customer service activities.

Support deposit mobilization, investment operations, and other Shariah-compliant banking services.

Maintain accurate banking records, documentation, and operational reports.

Assist customers with banking products, account-related inquiries, and service requests.

Ensure compliance with internal banking policies, regulatory guidelines, and Shariah principles.

Coordinate with senior officers and different departments to support efficient banking operations.

Participate in professional training, performance assessments, and assigned banking development activities.
