Job Description

InsureCow Tech Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based technology company providing digital agricultural verification, insurance, and financial services. The company is recruiting Field Operations Agents to support its expanding agricultural and rural field activities across Bangladesh. Selected candidates will collect, verify, and document information related to farmers, livestock, agricultural land, and financial services. They will conduct field surveys, customer onboarding, crop assessments, and digital data collection using mobile applications. The position offers opportunities to work within assigned districts while supporting technology-driven agricultural development.

Responsibilities & Context

Conduct field surveys, Crop Cutting Experiments (CCE), and agricultural data collection activities in assigned areas.

Collect and verify information related to farmers, livestock, agricultural land, crops, and other agricultural assets.

Perform customer KYC verification, digital onboarding, and field-level documentation.

Use GPS, Geo-Tagging, mobile applications, and digital tools to record accurate field information.

Capture photographs, verify documents, and upload collected data through the company's designated applications.

Support field verification activities related to agricultural insurance, financing, loans, and insurance claims.

Prepare field reports, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with supervisors and operational teams.
