Job Description
  • SA Legal Counsel is looking for a qualified Legal Associate to support its legal consultancy and advisory operations. The selected candidate will assist senior attorneys with legal research, documentation, and client-related matters. The role involves preparing legal agreements, drafting legal documents, and reviewing contracts and corporate records. The candidate will also support case management, client consultations, and daily legal operations. This position requires strong analytical abilities, professional communication, and attention to legal accuracy.

    • Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Conduct legal research and prepare written legal opinions relating to property rights, contract validity, corporate laws, and other relevant legal matters.xc
  • Draft and review legal documents, including rental and lease agreements, business sale agreements, service contracts, and corporate resolutions.
  • Prepare legal pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documentation under the guidance of senior attorneys.
  • Assist senior legal professionals with client consultations, legal advisory services, and case-related activities.
  • Manage case files, organize legal documents, and support legal proceedings in a professional manner.
  • Participate in contract negotiations, review legal terms, and assist clients with business and contractual matters.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to support daily legal operations, client requirements, and legal decision-making.
