Job Description
  • Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre (BPATC) is seeking a qualified Transport Supervisor to manage and coordinate its official transportation activities. The selected candidate will supervise vehicle operations, maintenance schedules, and transport-related administrative tasks. The role involves ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles for official purposes. The candidate will monitor vehicle conditions, coordinate with drivers, and maintain transport documentation. The position requires technical knowledge, organizational efficiency, and strong supervisory abilities.

  • Supervise daily transportation activities and ensure efficient operation of official vehicles.
  • Coordinate vehicle schedules, driver assignments, and official transportation requirements.
  • Monitor vehicle conditions and arrange regular servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain vehicle logbooks, fuel consumption records, and transport-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, vehicle safety standards, and institutional transport policies.
  • Inspect vehicle maintenance work and coordinate with workshops and service providers.
  • Prepare transport reports and provide recommendations for improving vehicle efficiency and operational safety.
