Job Description
  • A professional law firm is offering a paid Legal Internship for motivated law students and recent graduates seeking practical experience in legal practice. The selected candidates will assist experienced lawyers with legal research, drafting, documentation, and litigation-related activities. The role involves reviewing relevant laws, preparing legal documents, and supporting case management activities. Interns will receive practical guidance and gain exposure to professional legal procedures and chamber operations. This internship provides an opportunity to develop legal skills and gain valuable experience in a professional law-firm environment.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Conduct legal research and analyze relevant case laws and judicial precedents.
  • Assist in drafting petitions, applications, legal notices, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Support the preparation of legal opinions, document vetting, and legal documentation.
  • Research relevant provisions of Bangladeshi laws and applicable legal regulations.
  • Assist lawyers in preparing case files, legal briefs, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain organized case records, legal files, and documentation.
  • Support senior lawyers with daily chamber activities and other legal assignments.
