Job Description
  • KAC Fashion Wear Ltd. is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to manage garment orders from booking through production and shipment. The selected candidate will coordinate fabric and accessories sourcing according to the Time and Action (TNA) plan. The role involves working closely with production, planning, quality assurance, and commercial departments to ensure smooth order execution. The candidate will monitor material availability, production progress, buyer requirements, and inspection schedules. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented professional who can maintain product quality and ensure timely order delivery.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Follow up on garment orders from booking to production, finishing, and shipment according to the TNA plan.
  • Coordinate fabric and accessories booking and ensure timely in-housing of required materials.
  • Work with yarn procurement, knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing, and planning departments to maintain production schedules.
  • Maintain daily material checklists, production follow-up charts, and order progress reports.
  • Attend pre-production meetings with buyers' quality control teams and ensure compliance with approved samples.
  • Coordinate with QA and GPQ teams to maintain buyer quality standards, testing requirements, and inspection schedules.
  • Prepare packing lists, coordinate shipping mark approvals, and work with the commercial department on shipping documentation and vessel bookings.
